Repaired Sanctuary Bridge is a very simple and quick fix for a thing that I've heard quite a few people request. It simply changes the model for the Old North Bridge (the bridge connecting Sanctuary to the mainland) from its post-war, partially destroyed model to its pre-war model.
No cell edits were made, so theoretically there should be no issues with the cell reset bug.
You will need to make sure that you are using the latest version of the game.
